J League

The J League returns for 2026–27, a dedicated race series bringing the J/Boats community together across a mix of regattas, inshore racing and a coastal challenge.

Following a season that saw 29 boats competing and Jukebox crowned champion, the new series kicks off at the HRSC Autumn Championship in October. Score points across the calendar and compete for overall series honours at the grand finale, the 25th edition of the J Cup in June 2027.

There’s no entry fee for the 2026-27 Series.

How scoring works

Points are accumulated across the listed events; up to 100 points per event, scaled to fleet size.
J Cup UK 2026 carries a multiplier on the final event result.
Discards: If 6 events are completed, 2 event scores are discarded; if 5, 1 is discarded.
A boat must enter at least one event to appear in the overall standings (DNC = 0 points but discard-eligible).
In result of a tie break, the last event sailed decides the winner.
