Key yachting is very happy to announce that Henri-Lloyd is continuing their support of the Key Yachting J-Cup Regatta for 2022 as part of a focused business strategy.
In June 2018, the brand Henri-Lloyd, stock and five stores were acquired by Swedish investment firm Aligro Group. Subsequently the brand has undergone a refocus and a big redesign. Henri-Lloyd is now stronger than ever, with clear objectives and a strategy focused on providing responsibly built, high quality, timeless products while striving for Sustainability.
SO HOW DID IT ALL BEGIN?
Nearly 60 years have passed since Henri Strzelecki set out on his journey to create the world’s best waterproof clothing. A visionary with a dream, Henri created world firsts within technical clothing. From seam taping garments to ensure they were fully waterproof to the invention of the nylon zip.
A lot has happened since then, but one thing that has stayed constant is Henri Lloyds relentless desire to keep moving forward.

Henri-Lloyd aim to source over 80% of their products in Europe. This has decreased their supply chain’s carbon footprint and ensures products are made in high working standard conditions. The company are also developing an end-of-life programme, allowing for sustainable disposal of garments at the end of their life.
Henri-Lloyd recognises that Striving for Sustainability is a central and ongoing mission for their team. There is no alternative for any business but to urgently follow this path. At Henri-Lloyd it is their mission to bring this to life in all of their activities.
