2012 J Boats J/111

The J/111 is a light, quick, responsive racing yacht with a carbon mast, an extensive One Design International fleet and a well established Solent fleet. Designer Al Johnstone has produced an exciting one design that is capable of planing at boat speeds in excess of 20 knots. The J/111 has scored remarkable victories at Cowes Week, Round the Island race, and many other inshore and offshore events, including winning the 2022 Round Ireland Race.

Professionally maintained in the current ownership, this J/111 ex. Snow Leopard hosts a fully upgraded electronics array from B&G in 2021 including the H5000 processing system, Nemesis mast display, Zeus 3S chart plotter as well as a Cyclops forestay load sensor. She also benefits from an extensive wardrobe of offshore and inshore racing sails, including very lightly used J/111 One Design sails and a 2018 Code Zero. With kit for inshore, offshore, IRC and one design racing you will be able to get out on the water straight away either fully crewed or double handed!

The standing rigging was replaced in 2021 with J/111 rigging package as well as a full mast and spreader check with the rig removed and she has benefitted from annual engine servicing, professional hull maintenance and rigging checks she is by far one of the best J/111s on the market.
